Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sale items are not subject to refund. Only exchange or store credit is available. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Customer must contact us within 10 business days from the receipt date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The following items will not be accepted if:

• Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer’s possession. (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents.)

• Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in non-saleable condition.

• Time since the sale is beyond the vendor’s return period.

• Breaking of original vendor packaging and re-wrapping.
